MISSION STATEMENT:

Veterans Fitness Career College is a social-venture structured as a Service-connected Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) operated by veteran team of seasoned fitness experts with extensive experience in the fitness industry with a core competency of educating and creating smooth transitions for veterans into fitness careers.

Serving our U.S. Armed Forces community of active duty military, guardsmen, reservists, veterans, and their dependents, as well as the general public, VFCC provides these communities:

The result of our work is more jobs for our students and a healthier America.

The Veterans Fitness Career College (VFCC) is a social-innovation founded by CEO, Chris Paschane, a Service-Connected Disabled Gulf War Veteran and highly seasoned Fitness Expert, Educator, and Industry Strategist.

"It was a natural progression of my journey to combine my passion for fitness along with my commitment to help veterans into this social-venture we now call the Veterans Fitness Career College."  - Chris Paschane, Founder & CEO

"When I left active duty, finding a job/career was a nightmare. 11 years in the USMC, exemplary record, and good civilian education credentials--didn’t matter. In the course of literally hundreds of applications/interviews, I was told in a roundabout way by many employers, ‘so you led a Platoon of Marines in combat and you traveled all over the world in leadership positions-so what?' I know what it's like to be a veteran looking for a career niche in a world that doesn’t appreciate our credentials. So, in the absence of any other direction, I carved out my own niche in the fitness industry and I'm thankful I did."

- USMC Major Tommy Dunaway, VFCC Team Member, Snap Fitness Gym Owner

TESTIMONIES:

"The VFCC Fitness Training Certificate Program is comprehensive and challenging.  The information is comparable to what you’d find in a course at a college or university.  What’s more, the course is 'taught' by an impressive roster of fitness professionals, some of whom are well known throughout the fitness industry. Having been employed in the fitness industry at the collegiate level since 1983, it’s my professional opinion that VFCC has developed a highly reputable certification program and I would recommend it to anyone in fitness."

- Matt Brzycki,  Asst. Director of Campus Recreation at Princeton University and Part-Time Lecturer Department of Exercise Science and Sport Studies at Rutgers University and USMC Veteran

“VFCC's care and consideration for fellow veterans is more than words can express. They motivated and inspired me by investing their time and knowledge. Mr. Paschane's knowledge in the fitness industry, ability to lead, coach, and train others is unquestionable and I felt nothing but comfort and trust while working with him. Thank you VFCC for everything.”
-Tyrone Rodriguez, VFCC Alumnus and   USMC Veteran

- Andy Gibbs, Chairman at Patriot Enterprise Project; Chairman, Veterans Business Institute,
Army and USMC Veteran

"VFCC has an awesome fitness training program. I highly recommend  fitness training as a life career and recommend this program to get you started and carry you through."

- Jereme Olson, MBA, VFCC Alumnus & Army Medical Support Assistant

"VFCC has an awesome fitness training program.  I have recommended it to many veterans through my work with Swords to Plowshares and Vietnam Veterans of California.  At the Reitenbach Institute of Tae Kwon Do, we are working on a plan to incorporate the VFCC Fitness Training Certification Course as part of our programs for veterans and non-veterans. I have also made several referrals to government agencies because of his excellent company and program. It has been my privilege and an honor to work with VFCC"

- Michael Kissinger , Business Development Director at Profit Builders Inc. and Reitenbach Institute and Army Special Forces Veteran

"Transitioning to civilian life is among one of the biggest issues for vets today.  When we get home it's confusing and overwhelming with what do I do next. When I work out I feel less anxiety and depression and less tense, all of which stems from the PSTD.  That’s why a career in fitness is where I want to be for the rest of my time here on earth.  I was so amazed with the resources and information VFCC provides veterans. Thank you for all you do."

- Justin Sikes, VFCC Alumnus and   Army Veteran
