Overview
A pair of adjustable waist belts both with anti-tangle fittings. The two belts are linked together with a 'rip' system that trains the wearer to develop your reaction speed and evasion skills.
To be your best
Make sure you have plenty of space around you, put your belts on and MOVE! One of you is trying to lose the other whilst the other guy is trying to stay 'on your back'.
Coach says
This always ends up being the most physical 'non-contact' activity in a training session so make sure you put people in to pairs that stand a chance up against each other.
Designer notes
The 'rip' section has an anti-tangle device on it to keep things safe and we have included a selection of different length leashes so that you can mix up the skill sets of each session.
