Overview
A new addition to our range, the training band has been a key product for therapists and coaches for many years as it allows them to apply resistance to exactly the right muscle they want to target. The bands can be used long or short to adapt the resistance and because they flex you can perform tri-planer movements.

.The bands aren't intended to create very 'heavy' resistance, their design uniquely allows you to wrap them across muscles so that you can challenge those muscles directly rather than by always having to have arms and legs (levers) as part of the movement.
Coach says
Because of their length you can use a single length or double layer of the band to give you infinite levels of resistance wrap the bands over you when you are performing classic exercises like push ups and crunches and you will get a more targeted toning and strength experience.
Designer notes
We have printed some exercise ideas on the bands but the possibilities are endless especially when you start to attach the bands to opposite sides of your body as this produces muscle activity called contralateral as well as ipso lateral (which are both fantastic for conditioning).
