Overview
When bounced off the floor or wall the reaction ball rebounds in an unpredictable way with no two bounces ever being the same. Chasing the ball develops speed and agility plus dynamic core strength and of course all important hand eye co-ordination.
To be your best
Initially use the ball on your own until you have learned it's characteristics, this will minimise the risk of collisions with training partners start with light bounces and then progressively add more force.
Coach says
Chaos, absolute chaos is how a session with this ball can look but realistically thats what we need to be ready for most of the time when working with balls so that chaos develops calm and order when working with a regular 'predictable ball.
Designer notes
Most people 'play' sport so it's easy to see why some people would look at this product and think it is a toy that's fine with us because as designers whatever it takes to make people better is all that counts.
